- Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
- The account may not be transferred or sold to any other person.
- If any account details change, you must notify the rbjee support team immediately.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
To open an account and use services on rbjee, you must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced.
- The account verification process may require submission of a government-approved national identity card or passport.
- If anyone under the age of 21 opens an account, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
- Withdrawal requests may not be processed until identity verification (KYC) is complete.
- rbjee may request additional verification at any time if a user's age or identity appears suspicious.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The following rules regarding financial transactions on rbjee are mandatory:
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in the account holder's own name.
- Withdrawal funds will be returned only to the same payment method used by the depositor.
- In cases of suspicious or unusual transactions, rbjee may hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
- rbjee reserves the right to forfeit any amount identified as a fraudulent transaction.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
rbjee offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. The following conditions apply when accepting these offers:
- Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are applicable only once per account, per household, per device, or per IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
- Bonuses may have a specific time limit for use; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
- rbjee reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
- The VIP program cashback benefits (from Bronze to Platinum) are subject to the VIP guidelines.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
rbjee is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The following rules are mandatory for everyone:
- All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.
- In the event of any technical error regarding a game result, rbjee's decision shall be considered final.
- Users may not use any external software, bots, or automated systems while playing games.
- Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error or loophole in the system will be voided and the account may be suspended.
- No bets outside the betting limits set by rbjee are acceptable.

Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbjee platform. Immediate action will be taken if such activities are identified:
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Unauthorized access to another user's account or hacking.
- Opening an account using a fake or another person's identity.
- Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of betting or gaming.
- Using, republishing, or distributing any intellectual property of the rbjee platform without permission.
- Harassing, intimidating, or discriminating against other users or rbjee staff.
- Attempting to spread malware or viruses on the rbjee system or network.
Account Suspension and Closure
rbjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Identification of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Failure to cooperate with the identity verification (KYC) process.
- Due to instructions from law enforcement agencies or legal obligations.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
If an account is closed, the user may apply to recover their actual balance (excluding bonuses), however rbjee reserves the right to hold funds while an investigation is ongoing.
Responsible Gaming
rbjee believes that gaming is an entertainment activity and should never be a cause of financial difficulty or mental stress.
- You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
- If signs of gaming addiction appear, please contact our support team.
- It is possible to temporarily deactivate your account for a set period using the self-exclusion feature.
